About

At Bayside Wellness, we exist to support every patient in becoming their healthiest self—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Nurse Practitioners Emily Heishman, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, and Colleen Haney, AGNP-C, PMHNP-BC, work side by side to provide integrated primary care and mental health services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We believe that health is personal. That’s why we take the time to listen, understand, and collaborate with patients to build customized wellness plans based on their goals, values, and lifestyle—not a one-size-fits-all model.

Bayside Wellness offers expanded full-time patient services with both providers available for primary care and mental health appointments. When additional resources are needed, we partner with trusted specialists—including trauma-focused therapists, nutrition professionals, certified personal trainers, and neuropsych testing providers—to ensure truly whole-person care.

Our mission is simple: accessible, compassionate care—delivered with excellence, close to home.
